The whole factory adopts the local architectural style of Zunyi and Renhuai in the Republic of China (1912-1949), and the architectural style is regional representative. Architecture inherits history and continues the context.

In the meanwhile, the project aims to create a high-end industrial base integrating production of brewing, finished product processing, R&D experience, quality testing and comprehensive office through high-quality liquor brewing technology, landscape implantation and high-standard supporting services, featuring Maotai-flavor liquor production and taking liquor cultural experience as the main line.

• This item is a key project in Guizhou Province.The project is located in the north of the core area of Maotai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province.

• The project has a total land area of 1147 mu, a total construction area of 822,000 square meters, a plot ratio (FAR) of 1.14, and a building density of 36.8%.

• The project plans to build a comprehensive Maotai-flavor liquor production base with a brewing capacity of 22,000 tons.
