This project is located in the center of the new energy town in Changxin County. The west of the block is the maini road of the city, an the east, north and south are  the planning roads. The project was certified by the Three-star Green Design logo. Building function around the 'new energy city sqaure' and a layer of roof 'public activity platform' along the horizontol and vertical directon; the style fully reflects the temperament of new energy science and education bases and science popularization places. It is simple and has a sense of quality. 

The overall style is unified and changeable. The facade material are mainly light gray metal plates and glass curtain walls, dotted with dark gray and deep red metal plates and vertical greening, and jointly shape the sense of modern science and technology of the overall environment, and become the propaganda platform for the 'new energy landmark' and the low-carbon living practice area.
