The Xinhuali project in Baiyun District, Guiyang is based on the design concept of landscape painting. The project is located in Baiyun District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, adjacent to west  Xiputuo Temple and Quanhu Park in the north, and Guanshan Lake District in the south. It is located on the south side of Longjing Road and the north side of Jinhu Road. The total land area of the project is 179,311 square meters and the construction area is 489,000 square meters, including residence,  commerce, office and other functions. 

After completion, it will become a landmark project in Guiyang and a landscape painting from the perspective of Quanhu Park and Xiputuo Temple.
