It is divided into two parts: maintenance and facade renovation of buildings along Huaxi Old Street and newly-built tourist reception center. The total elevation area of the renovation of the street is 12,778 square meters. The total construction area of the newly built tourist reception center is about 2,700 square meters, and the total construction area of the renovated center is 859 square meters. The original structure is brick-concrete and wood structure. The total planning area of the new tourist reception center project is 6,533.28 square meters, and the total building area is about 2,700 square meters, which is composed of tourist center, dining area, office area and other parts.
